Eirini Nikolaidi

Eirini Nikolaidi is a lawyer and accredited mediator, graduate of the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace (2020) with the grade “Very Good”, and holder of a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in “Private Law and Business Transactions” from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2022). She has more than three years of active legal practice, with consistent presence before Greek courts, having handled a wide range of cases in civil, commercial and criminal law, enforcement procedures and debt restructuring, family and corporate law, as well as immigration law matters, residence permits, Golden Visa and citizenship. Within the framework of her professional activity, she undertakes the drafting of pleadings, legal guidance and representation before judicial and administrative authorities.
