Στέφανος Καταπόδης

Stefanos Katapodis is a lawyer, graduate of the Law School of Komotini (2020) with the grade “Very Good”. He has completed with distinction the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Programme titled “Cadastre: Legal, Technical and Environmental Dimensions” and has publications, one of which in the journal “Real Estate Review” of Sakkoulas Publications. Since 2021 until today, he has been systematically active in the field of real estate law, providing specialized legal support both as a lawyer and as a notarial associate, with subject matter including title searches, preparation and review of notarial deeds (transfers, parental grants, donations), handling of inheritance law cases, as well as strategic management of cadastral issues, such as dispute resolution and correction of inaccuracies through the prescribed administrative and judicial procedures.
